    My functional fitness classes combine the best of group exercise with personal instruction from a qualified instructor, giving you the fun and motivation of working with a small group of like-minded individuals.

    My classes cater for all abilities with the aim of striving for personal achievement.

  • Health

    Each functional training session is different. Exercises range from boxing to skipping, resistance bands, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, cardio, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, tyres and body weight exercises plus a whole lot more.

The classes are designed to develop skills, flexibility, strength and endurance. Each class is a full body workout and each exercise can be adapted to suit each individual. Classes are suitable for anyone 16+ and all abilities welcome.

My overall aim is to help our members become fitter, stronger and leaner while still having fun! I offer a mix of both indoor and outdoor classes where you can gain the additional benefits of exercising in the fresh air.
